3 Tier Bundt Cakes

Packaging: We take great care to protect the integrity of our cakes during transit. Your cake will be expertly wrapped in high-quality plastic wrap to maintain freshness. It is then carefully placed in a sturdy cake box to prevent any damage or shifting during transportation. Each box weighs up to 7lbs. 

Temperature Control: We understand the importance of keeping your cake in pristine condition. Each cake shipment includes 2-4 ice packs strategically placed to maintain an optimal temperature during transit. This ensures that your cake arrives as decadent and moist as the moment it left our bakery.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AJoyCakes. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will only be considered for orders that have not yet entered the preparation stage. Once the items are prepared or in the process of being prepared, refunds cannot be issued.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the specified cutoff time, which is within 24 hours of submitting an order

2. Cancellation Procedure:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via [tiffanyminger@ajoycakes.com] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Cancellation requests received after the cutoff time or once the preparation process has begun is only eligible for a partial refund.

3. Refund Processing:

• If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [7-10] business days.

• In case of credit card payments, the refund may take additional time to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Partial Refund:

• Refund requests made after the specified cutoff time or for orders already in the preparation stage be partially refunded for cost of materials used.

• Partial Refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with taste preferences or if the product has been consumed or partially consumed.

5. Order Modifications:

• We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tiffanyminger@ajoycakes.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications are subject to availability and the stage of preparation.

6. Quality Assurance:

• We strive to provide high-quality products, and if there are any issues with the items received, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement or store credit based on the nature of the concern.
